Shipping
To ship your suspension please follow these 3 easy steps!
Step 1. Download and fill out the ZR1 Suspension Service Form. When you pack up your suspension please include the form in your box .
Step 2. To keep your forks and shock safe, take the time to wrap them thoroughly using bubble wrap, foam, or packing paper. The better you wrap your suspension, the better the odds it shows up without any damage. Another great option is a gun case similar to this case. You can also take it to your local shipping store where they will pack and ship it, just don’t send it loose in a box. Remember to include the Service Form in the box!
Step 3. You can use any of your local shipping companies (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) to ship your suspension to us. We highly suggest insuring your suspension. PirateShip! is also a great shipping alternative. You can purchase a shipping label and insure your suspension for a fraction of the cost of your local stores. Shipping address will be provided upon booking.
